Booking

[flo_toggle title=”How do i book” state=”closed”] Booking is nice and easy. It all starts with sending us a message via the contact page which asks for a few simple details. From there we can chat about your session, set dates and take electronic payments and you’re all set. [/flo_toggle]

[flo_toggle title=”How do i pay” state=”closed”] All payments are processed online much like internet shopping. We accept bank and credit cards using a safe and secure payment system. We keep no card details ourselves, they are stored and managed by a company called Stripe which means it couldn’t be more sage. [/flo_toggle]

[flo_toggle title=”Can i book last minute?” state=”closed”] Depending on our availability for the date, sure you can, just drop us a message and we will see if we can fit you in. [/flo_toggle]

[flo_toggle title=”Do you have wheelchair/disabled access?” state=”closed”] Unfortunately we don’t have access ramps to the studio and it requires a flight of steps to get there. [/flo_toggle]

 

Before your shoot

[flo_toggle title=”I have a pinterest board…..” state=”closed”] We are always happy to talk through a few styles of images that you would like to incorporate into the session, but we don’t let it rule every shot. If you have some ideas, send them over before the session in good time so we can prepare the studio and worth them into your shoot. [/flo_toggle]

[flo_toggle title=”What shall i/we wear?” state=”closed”] We’re not going to tell you exactly what you should wear, but we always recommend wearing something that you are happy wearing, expresses you as a person and doesn’t have any big logo’s or writing.You are very welcome to bring a change of clothes on the day to ask us what we think works well in a group shot or against a certain colour backdrop. [flo_toggle title=”X person is unwell, shall we just come anyway?” state=”closed”] In short – No. If someone is unwell, theres a good chance they aren’t going to want to be having their photograph taken, and we also handle so many newborn babies that we can’t risk passing on any illness. Its usually no trouble to re-arrange a shoot. Drop us a message or give us a ring and we will be more than happy to find some later dates that work for you. [/flo_toggle]

 

After your shoot.

[flo_toggle title=”How long does it take for the pictures to be ready?” state=”closed”] It takes us approx 2 weeks to finish your image gallery and have it ready for viewing online. Once the gallery is live and the link has been sent, the disc or USB of images isn’t far behind int he post. [/flo_toggle]

[flo_toggle title=”I haven’t received my disc/link?” state=”closed”] If its been quite a bit over 2 weeks and you haven’t heard from us, it may well just be a technical hiccup, so honestly please let us know. [/flo_toggle]

[flo_toggle title=”Help I’ve lost my pictures!” state=”closed”] Its easy to mis-place a disc, usb or to have computer trouble. We never intentionally delete any finished images, so if you happen to lose yours, drop us a message and we will help get them back to you. [/flo_toggle]
